I am Dive siempre han explorado sus propias emociones, alegrías y desastres en sus trabajos previos, siempre exprimiendo los límites del relato veraz, aunque críptico, en sus letras pero huyendo de las modas, las tendencias y haciendo un esfuerzo constante y consciente por mantenerse centrados y honestos. Es por eso que todos los discos de la banda han hablado de los momentos vitales que atravesaban cuando se publicaron, y es también por esto que este disco, precisamente ahora, se llama “Fear Of  Missing Out”.
El disco reflexiona sobre la sensación de desorientación en una realidad social y personal regida por algoritmos, redes sociales e interacciones virtuales. Dinámicas que el grupo confiesa no entender la mayor parte del tiempo.

I am Dive  have always explored their own emotions, feelings and disasters in their previous records, always pushing the limits of full yet cryptic disclosure in their lyrics while steering away from the trends and the hype, staying honest and focused. Like so, all the previously released records by the band have spoken about true moments and events they were actually going through; and that is why this record is now called “Fear Of Missing Out”.
The album reflects on the sense of feeling lost and misplaced in a reality ruled by algorithms, social media and virtual interactions; dynamics these two folks fail to understand most of the time. “Fear Of Missing Out” is I am Dive’s fifth album (and fourteenth release since Fall EP back in late 2010)
